I'm a mum with a small baby so it's not easy to make it to the Dandenongs, but getting decent coffee to order is a lifesaver. From the times I've been to the physical shop, it's always been a great pleasure. They have an amazing tea and coffee range and I've bought some truly gorgeous tea pots from here also.
